With tender activity picking up, the pressure on the website shifted toward presenting proof of capability, updated often enough to reflect the range and scale of work Tyrone was delivering. The team's needs had moved from simply having a website to having one that could keep pace with how the business was winning work.

### **More work, more to prove**

Assessors reviewing a tender need to see current, detailed project and capability information, and need to find it quickly. The previous site did what it was built for. It wasn't built for a business fielding this volume of tenders, across this many sectors, needing to show up-to-date proof every time.

### How did Remedy approach the rebuild?

- Rebuilt the site on content architecture rather than static pages, so services, case studies and sector content could be reused and updated without rebuilding from scratch each time
- Designed a grid-based system that draws directly from Tyrone's own precast and masonry work, letting the site's structure echo the business's craft
- Wrote the initial site copy as part of the build

### What did the rebuild achieve for Tyrone?

Organic search is now a genuine channel for Tyrone and the site is already being picked up by AI assistants, 12 sessions referred from ChatGPT with a 25% bounce rate, second only to social. The most viewed pages are the precast concrete and modular construction capability pages, exactly the content Tyrone needs prospects and tender assessors to find.

**Operational outcome:** updates that used to take far longer than they should, a hero text change, a new case study, no longer sit in the too-hard basket. The content architecture means new work goes up without waiting on a developer.

Tyrone is [hosted and maintained](https://remedystudio.com.au/services/hosting) by Remedy on an ongoing basis.

### What does a construction or property website need to do well?

It needs to present real capability in enough detail that a prospect or tender panel can assess it quickly, and it needs to be simple enough for the team to keep current without outside help. When both are solved together, the site holds up under tender scrutiny and doesn't fall behind the pace of the business.
