## Frequently asked questions about AI workflow automation

 

 

### What does a workflow system do that a general AI tool does not?

A workflow system gives the organisation a consistent, repeatable process for tasks. Staff do not need to start from scratch every time. The system applies the agreed tone, structure, review steps, and data boundaries, making outputs easier to govern.

Leadership receives clear documentation of AI usage. This increases visibility and avoids relying only on individual staff practices.

### What about student data and Privacy Act compliance?

Student, client, donor, and family data must be handled carefully with AI tools. Remedy reviews privacy during discovery and documents approved tools, data boundaries, and review steps before workflows are used.
