A care plan adds expert support, updates, access management, and troubleshooting. ### Do I need a care plan if I already have hosting with Remedy? Hosting is infrastructure. A care plan adds team access, supported updates, and access management. ### What happens with staff access when someone leaves? Care plan clients send one email. Remedy updates staff accounts. This is especially useful for schools and not-for-profits with frequent staff changes. ### Can the care plan cover content updates? Content updates (pages, copy, documents) are outside the care plan; they’re done by the organisation. The care plan covers CMS upkeep, not content tasks. ### Does Remedy maintain websites that Remedy did not build? The care plan is available only for Remedy-built websites. Maintaining a site well depends on knowing how it was built: the CMS configuration, the integrations, the bespoke decisions. Without that context, recommendations become guesses, and updates carry more risk. For sites Remedy did not build, a new project is the cleaner starting point. ### Does the care plan include link building or SEO? No. Link building, SEO and content optimisation are part of Remedy’s separate SEO service for organisations on a managed arrangement. The care plan covers maintenance, monitoring, access and support.
