But when it does, timing matters.

A Care Plan means you don’t have to decide when to ask for help, who to email, or whether something is “worth” raising. Your website already has someone responsible for it.

## What’s included

Each Care Plan covers **one website** and includes:

- Up to **60 minutes each month** for content updates, fixes, or small improvements
- Priority response when something needs attention
- Ongoing platform and security updates handled for you
- Training refreshers and “how do I…” support as needed
- Direct access to the Remedy team who know your site

If you need more time in a given month, you can approve it at the same reduced rate.  
Nothing happens without your say-so.

## Is a Care Plan right for you?

- You want a clear place to go when questions come up
- You value predictable costs over ad-hoc decisions
- You don’t want website knowledge walking out the door

If you rarely touch your site, ad-hoc support may be enough. If your website plays an active role in your work, a Care Plan removes friction.
